Ginny Wolff has worked with clay for over 20 years. She fell in love with the media while living in the San Francisco Bay Area in 1980, and has never lost interest. "Working with clay never becomes boring" . It has so many facets to it that if I get stale I move on to something new. "I started making functional pottery, but discovered Raku and spent several years exploring its possibilities, pitfiring, saggerfiring and horse hair firing were just a natural progression . New
glazes, new design possibilities, and different firing techniques keep it interesting.
If throwing gets old I hand build. What a wonderful media!"

At this time I'm living and working in the Gold Country area of California with my two sons and I show my work at the Gold Country Gallery In Placerville, California.
