Bob Sherwood has been photographing wildlife, landscapes, sports, portraits, weddings, and anything else nature had to offer for more than 34 years.

Bob's concept of photography is to try and capture a moment in time in the most beautiful way possible. The beauty is there everywhere we look. The trick is to get it on film just as it looks in real life.

Bob has traveled to 3 continents and more than 19 countries for photographic opportunities. He has work on display not only at Gold Country Artists Gallery, but also at the U.S. Capitol in Washington D.C. and numerous businesses and offices.

In 2005 and 2006 Bob was honored with more than 17 art/photography awards including 5 best of shows. Bob is also a member of the Placerville Arts Association and the El Dorado Camera Club.
