Karen Caswell, a Chico, CA native, now resides in the foothill community of El Dorado Hills with her husband, Jack. She has taken fly tying lessons at Off the Hook Fly Shop in Placerville and private lessons from Master Fly Tier, Robert Williams. Karen teaches fly tying lessons for fishing flies at Off the Hook Fly Shop.

Karen's love for nature, color and composition assist her in creating stunning original Atlantic Salmon Fly patterns unlike any other. Feathers from bird species all over the world are sought out and layered to create a dramatic and eye-catching work of art.
